Query & Response Issues

My prompt isn't getting a response

Try these solutions:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Refresh the page and try again
  • Make sure you have remaining prompts in your plan
  • Try selecting different models - some may be temporarily unavailable
  • If using a very long prompt, try shortening it

Response is cut off or incomplete

This can happen when:

  • The model reaches its maximum output length - try asking the model to continue
  • A network interruption occurred - refresh and try again
  • The request was cancelled - don't navigate away while responses are streaming

Model shows an error

Individual models may occasionally error due to:

  • Rate limits: The model provider is limiting requests. Wait a moment and try again.
  • Content filtering: Your prompt may have triggered safety filters. Rephrase your prompt.
  • Model unavailable: The model may be temporarily offline. Try a different model.
  • Context length exceeded: Your conversation is too long. Start a new chat.

Deepest Research isn't appearing

Deepest Research requires:

  • A Pro or Business subscription
  • At least 2 model responses to combine
  • The Deepest Research feature to be enabled (check settings)

Account & Login Issues

Can't log in to my account

Try these steps:

  • Make sure you're using the correct email address
  • If you signed up with Google or GitHub, click that option instead of email/password
  • Reset your password if you forgot it
  • Clear your browser cookies and try again
  • Try a different browser or incognito mode

Email verification not received

If you didn't get the verification email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Wait a few minutes and check again
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Add noreply@deepest.app to your contacts
  • Contact support if it still doesn't arrive

Logged out unexpectedly

This can happen when:

  • Your session expired (sessions last 7 days)
  • You cleared your browser data
  • You logged in from another device
  • A security issue was detected on your account

Simply log in again to continue. Your data is safe.

Billing & Subscription Issues

Payment failed

Common causes and solutions:

  • Insufficient funds - check your account balance
  • Card expired - update your payment method in Settings → Billing
  • Bank declined - contact your bank or try a different card
  • International transaction blocked - authorize international purchases with your bank

Subscription not showing after payment

If your subscription isn't active after payment:

  • Wait a few minutes - it may take time to process
  • Log out and log back in to refresh your account
  • Check Settings → Billing to see your subscription status
  • Check your email for a payment confirmation
  • Contact support with your payment receipt if it's still not showing

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm

You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

I was charged but didn't get prompts

This is usually a syncing issue. Try:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Logging out and back in
  • Waiting 10-15 minutes for the system to sync
  • If it's still not working after 15 minutes, contact support with your payment details

Feature Issues

File upload not working

Check the following:

  • File size is under 10MB
  • File type is supported (PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP)
  • You've selected models that support file analysis (vision models for images)
  • Your browser allows file uploads from this site

Voice input not working

Voice input requires:

  • A browser that supports the Web Speech API (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
  • Microphone permission granted to the site
  • A working microphone connected to your device

Check your browser settings to ensure microphone access is allowed for deepest.app.

Save as PDF creates a blank file

If your PDF is blank:

  • Make sure you have a response selected/expanded before saving
  • Wait for the response to fully load before saving
  • Try using the "Print" option instead and save as PDF from there
  • Try a different browser (Chrome and Safari work best)

Web search not returning results

Web search may not work when:

  • The web search toggle is disabled in the input bar
  • Your prompt doesn't require current information
  • There are temporary issues with our search provider

Technical Issues

Page is loading slowly

Try these fixes:

  • Check your internet connection speed
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere
  • Try a different browser
  • If you have many chats, archive old ones to improve performance

Site not displaying correctly

Display issues can be fixed by:

  • Clearing your browser cache and cookies
  • Disabling ad blockers or browser extensions
  • Making sure your browser is up to date
  • Trying a different browser (we recommend Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)

Mobile app issues

Deepest is a web application that works in mobile browsers. For the best mobile experience:

  • Use Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android
  • Add Deepest to your home screen for app-like access
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
